The measure of success
We’re very proud of our work for some of the world’s leading brands. Our work spans multiple sectors including training, apprenticeships, logistics, construction and automotive.
Here are just some of the many client solutions we’ve delivered.
Cidori has worked with Cranswick for several years to develop a Lean approach to their training framework, aligned with Continuous Improvement and 6 Sigma methodologies. We developed bespoke apprenticeship programmes for their shop-floor workforce focused on driving forward Cranswick’s cultural and behavioural strategy.
Lear Corporation has collaborated with Cidori to develop a 3-4 year organisational development and apprenticeship training program to effectively utilise their Apprenticeship Levy.
Nice-Pak needed to create and embed a stronger problem-solving culture throughout their organisation to meet their commitments to continuous improvement, especially improving ‘right-first-time’ rates and reducing scrap/waste.
Veka needed to improve their volume performance, operational efficiency and waste reduction. Cidori delivered an apprenticeship program, tailored to Veka, that produced tangible results in terms of the required performance improvements across all the manufacturing areas.
Grupo Antolin saw the benefits that this program can bring to a manufacturing organisation by eliminating wastes and better organising the resources at its disposal.
With a strategy of moving increasingly towards a 5s culture, Ocado has been working in partnership with Cidori to meet the challenge of aligning it’s internal ‘Business Excellence’ training model with a fully accredited and nationally recognised apprenticeship qualification.
Argos/Home Retail Group
Argos/Home Retail Group were looking for a training solution to drive their cultural and behaviour change programme.
We were selected as lead delivery partner, as our experience in developing lean methodology throughout organisational change fitted directly into Argos/Home Retail Group’s corporate strategy.
Kinnerton engaged us to deliver a bespoke apprenticeship programme. Flexibility in the delivery of training was key, to accommodate the various working patterns of employees and avoid needless operational disruption.
