Adam has many years experience in the Automotive & Manufacturing sector and is highly focused on innovation through the development of staff at all levels. He fervently believes in education for all and the longer term benefits for our clients. Living in Warwickshire and with 2 grown up children, he is keenly interested in photography and most sports.
Simon is an award-winning HR professional with over 30 yrs experience in the Recruitment and Training industry.
He has helped blue chip companies recruit, train and develop their employees in the Uk, Europe and Asia.
Simon strongly believes that for a company to maximise its profitability, then it must maximise the full potential of its employees.
Shaun has a reflective approach to the business, which has enhanced significantly our ability to successfully handle the many complex areas of our operation – finance, learner funding, contracts and HR. Shaun believes passionately in learning and education and holds the view that personal development is hugely beneficial to both the individual and society as a whole.

STRATEGY & INNOVATION DIRECTOR
Michael provides the alternative thinking so essential to his ongoing aim of finding new and innovative ways of delivering products and services. Michael is passionate about leading the way in workplace learning and development and brings a wealth of corporate client experience to help tailor unique solutions for clients. He takes a keen interest in technology in business and education, whilst being the architect of our blended learning interventions. Married with two children and living in Lancashire he is also a keen sportsman.
KEY ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
Pam is passionate about leading the way in client managed services, to provide learning solutions that see results and increases performance. With over 15 years experience in the Education sector, Pam has worked alongside many organisations to support their training services to address challenges and opportunities.
With over 40 years in the automotive sector, with Jaguar Land Rover and Ford, both in the UK and internationally, Kevin joined Cidori in the role of Non-Executive Director.
Before joining us, he spent the previous six years working as Operations Director for Nokia/Vertu, based in Hampshire.
Kevin lives in Worcestershire, is married with 3 children and 7 grandchildren and loves all kinds of sport.
