Cidori – BRS Jobs Partnership

Cidori is delighted to be forming a new partnership with BRS Jobs – specialists in construction recruitment.

Within a month of the first Covid-19 lockdown, Cidori saw the need to pivot to a digital construction training delivery platform – with a construction sector still very much functioning and the need for recruits growing rapidly, this was a key strategic decision. This approach has continued through subsequent lockdowns and restrictions created by the pandemic – it has provided a level of stability and a clear career progression route for candidates who enrol onto our funded pre-employment courses, run in partnership with our college and other training partners.

These courses provide learners with personal & social skills, development of resilience along with essential employment skills and construction specific training to ensure they have the tools needed to be ready for work.

With current labour & trades shortages in construction leading to all-time highs in earnings potential, our learners at job entry level are paid well above the national living wage, and progression in their chosen trades can soon lead to earnings in the region of £250 daily.

We believe there is no better time to be entering this thriving sector – with projects on stream both inside and outside the M25 creating thousands of openings, this is a fantastic opportunity to begin building a rewarding career pathway that brings a significant, sustainable income.

It is within this context that Cidori is delighted to be forming a new partnership with BRS Jobs in the Southeast. The resultant synergies will align our funding and training with the employment opportunity reach that BRS Jobs can offer. Our joint goal is to help increasing numbers of new candidates get enrolled, trained, ready for work and placed into sustainable well-paid employment – BRS Jobs are providing the final ingredient to what will be a successful learner career journey.

If you are interested in enrolling onto a fully funded pre-employment course, and are on low wages or receiving benefits such as UC, ESA, JSA etc. please register your interest via the ‘Construct a New Career’ link below and hopefully start your own career path into construction.
