After bringing a first cohort of learners successfully towards completion of a Lean Manufacturing Operative (LMO) Level 2 apprenticeship programme, our College partnership delivery of LMO with a bespoke logistics pathway has developed with 4 more cohorts of employees now benefiting from training across multiple UK sites.

Lear Corporation has collaborated with Cidori and our College Partners to implement an organisational development and apprenticeship training program to effectively utilise their Apprenticeship Levy.

Randall Parker Foods
Levy-funded business improvement techniques programme for Randall Parker Foods has utilised Lean efficiency to reduce waste in accessing and transporting dry goods, resulting in less damage and loss of stock.

O’Neill & Brennan
An innovative partnership between O’Neill & Brennan and Cidori called ‘Construct a Career’ is ensuring that local construction firms in the West Midlands are able to plug the local recruitment gaps and benefit from a continuous skills pipeline.

Morson Vital
Cidori has developed a needs-based rail track safety and NVQ training programme to equip the rapidly growing rail sector with a fully qualified, multi-disciplined workforce. This is being delivered in partnership with rail industry recruitment leaders Morson Vital Resourcing.

Matalan
An efficient and organised warehouse is of the utmost importance for retail managers. Asset management systems that are fast, efficient and easy to use are essential.
Fashion and homeware retailer Matalan wanted to increase efficiency in a key area of their asset management system at their Knowsley HQ; namely the maintenance of scanning equipment. As a result of their BIT apprenticeship programme, developed and delivered in partnership with Cidori, they’ve achieved it.

Cranswick Foods
Cidori has worked with Cranswick for several years to develop a Lean approach to their training framework, aligned with Continuous Improvement and 6 Sigma methodologies. We developed bespoke apprenticeship programmes for their shop-floor workforce focused on driving forward Cranswick’s cultural and behavioural strategy.

Nice-Pak
Nice-Pak needed to create and embed a stronger problem-solving culture throughout their organisation to meet their commitments to continuous improvement, especially improving ‘right-first-time’ rates and reducing scrap/waste.
