Our approach to delivering the greatest return on investment and impact on performance is the use of Contextualisation, or Blended learning.
This approach to learning and development encompasses a number of methods to deliver the desired impact. It requires the physical presence of both teacher and student, with some element of student control over time, place, path, or pace.
While students still attend directly delivered sessions with a trainer/teacher, face-to-face classroom practices are combined with alternative activities or projects that deliver relevance and localisation. Blended learning delivered in this way also ensures greater tangible impact for employers linking directly to professional development and training targets.
Online or digital learning can play a key role in supporting this methodology and we utilise resources that directly support each intervention, ensuring that all components add value. These range from interactive teaching software and hardware like student response systems through to bespoke eLearning delivery, tracking and reporting platforms.
